In your first session, she will explore what brought you into therapy and learn a little bit about your family of origin and social support. She will work with you to create goals that will help you see change right away as well as explore thought patterns that impact your view of the world and your relationships. She also offers EMDR which is helpful for trauma processing as well as other issues.
