Personal Information and Therapy Style

Traci is a cancer survivor who has previously worked as a solo Pastor, Spiritual Counselor/Chaplain, and since 2005 as a Licensed Psychologist in state service. Traci will help you identify your personal strengths so that you can use these to make the changes you identify that comprise your therapy goals. She uses tools from Family Therapy, Existential Philosophy – such as taking responsibility and building meaning in the context of facing our own mortality, Cognitive Therapy – a look at our ways of thinking about ourselves, others and our world, Behavioral Therapy including exercises to help us create the changes we desire, and Adlerian Therapy which directs our attention outward toward living a life of meaningful investment in others and our world.

Traci lives with her spouse and their two dogs. She enjoys long warm summer days, golf, crabbing, traveling, walking, and the beach. She likes listening to audible books that are eclectic in nature – from religion and politics to biographies and novels.
