Penelope works with individual adults and couples in the following areas: depression, anxiety, healing from sexual abuse and other trauma, issues of intimacy, discord in relationships, blending families, pain from divorce, issues of grief. Penelope also has a specialty in the area of clergy or professional sexual misconduct, working with survivors, spouses of clergy, congregations and judicatories.

Penelope has been a therapist with Lutheran Counseling Network since 1993 and has been in practice since 1978. The approach to therapy will vary according to the differing needs of particular clients, individual or couple. She brings clinical experience and training in a variety of theoretical orientations, including psychodynamic, systems, cognitive/behavioral, and spiritual, as a resource for you as you seek to change or grow. Working with Penelope, a client will identify and seek to understand the issues faced so that goals for therapy can be set. Besides being a licensed mental health counselor, Penelope is also an ordained Lutheran minister and is trained to work with people on issues of spirituality, within their faith framework.

Casey works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families at all stages of the family life cycle. She is experienced in addressing a wide range of issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, premarital counseling, healing from divorce, and grief/loss. She is a Washington State Approved Supervisor and a Level II trained EMDR therapist.

Casey’s theoretical orientation is primarily systemic, incorporating a variety of different modalities including Experiential family therapy, art/play therapy techniques, and cognitive-behavioral interventions.

She is also trained and certified to offer the "Prepare and Enrich" Program for a variety of couples who are interested in creating and sustaining strong and healthy relationships.

Rosemary has recently returned to Lutheran Counseling Network and has been in clinical practice since 1985. Her approach to counseling and the length of work together will depend on the particular needs and goals of the client. Rosemary brings her clinical experience and training in a variety of theoretical orientations, including psychodynamic, systems, and cognitive/behavioral.

Rosemary believes that each person holds the key to their own healing process. She sees her role as providing a safe and accepting context in which individuals and couples can learn to hear their own wisdom, and to approach obstacles from their own sense of knowing what is best for them. Her work with each person is individually stylized to fit their needs, comfort, functional coping style, values and resources. Rosemary is an ordained United Church of Christ minister and has served many years as a hospital and hospice chaplain.
