Personal Information and Therapy Style:  Aimee received

her Master of Education degree in Counseling from the

University of Puget Sound and has gained invaluable experience

through work in recovery programs, private practice and other

clinical work with those dealing with grief, depression and anxiety. 

At the core of her style is the belief that therapy works best when

both client and therapist join together to find the best ways to help

the client address whatever problems are hindering them.  Blending

family systems, cognitive-behavioral, & experiential theories (as wel

l as humor & common sense), Aimee works to tailor each client’s

treatment to their  particular needs and goals.  She is also interested

in addressing issues of faith, ritual and spirituality with those for whom

these topics are of significance.  Aimee’s goal is to help each client make

healthy choices, have meaningful & sustaining relationships and care for

themselves in ways that nurture and honor the life within them
